The credit card terminal actually works.

I processed my first credit card sale at Needlepoint Land earlier today.  Thank you Barb!

And this morning George put up the bamboo blinds in the storefront windows.  He also did a few other other things, like put the cork board behind the counter, and helped me assemble my thread spinner.

I’ll show you tomorrow when I take some more pics.

Finally, the tech team came through with a good solution for displaying belts. [Note: we finally settled on the 1-column approach.  It looks cleaner, allows for larger zooms, and doesn’t suffer from the notorious CSS uneven column problem. Plus, it looks better on a Droid.]

Works fine on the big 3 browsers except IE9 and below, and even works correctly on an Android phone – though the belt rows are ever so slightly uneven on that platform. [Note:  this is the two-column solution that was ultimately rejected. The columns were also uneven on a PC browser.]

No worries.

I’m rather pleased with the progress that we all made today.
