Animated Stitchin’

I’ve long been fascinated with the concept of animated needlepoint, and in fact made a video a while back that explored some ideas on making a stitch guide  “come alive” by turning it into a sort of MTV video.

Above is a short animation from the multi-talented Nina Paley that illustrates how animation can apply to embroidery.
