Hooks and spinners

Spent most of the day today waiting for FedEx to deliver hooks and spinner racks. You can see one of my packages resting in the front of the FedEx truck. I got two wooden pegboard spinners for Rainbow Gallery cards and smaller skeins of thread.  I am going to see how it goes with the pegboard floor stands for threads and then will probably order a grid rack display to house more threads.  I snapped a test pic of the cascading 6-ball waterfall slat wall hooks where I will display belts, small ornaments and other merchandise.

Meanwhile, the tech crew loaded a bunch of images and descriptions to the eCommerce site. If you have never done this sort of thing, believe me it is both grueling and crucial work — the business depends on getting it all just right. Going to load a bunch more pix by Sunday, then next week it will be time to iron out any kinks before launching the eStore. Then after that, during the Summer and into the Fall, more items will be added to the online inventory, during the seasonal ebb and flow of customer orders.

I will have a LOT more to say about the eCommerce component of Needlepoint Land next week.
