Crisis Management

Coming Soon

Busy day today.

Took some more stuff over to the store.

A couple of friends were having a late breakfast at the Dixie Grill next door, and they came in to say hello.

Then another person saw me putting up canvases by the front window and it turned out to be another stitcher.

CaptureAlso put a cute little home-made Coming Soon sign on the front door. (I took a pic of it with my new smartphone!)

Finally, I finished taking care of an AC-related crisis.  Here’s the scoop.

Two days ago, I noticed that the carpet in the back room had a damp spot.  So I turned off the AC unit, and put some cotton towels over the area.  I then called the property manager.

When I arrived at the store yesterday, the towels were soaking wet.  I couldn’t quite figure it out.  I replaced them with Viva paper towels, and started worrying about all sorts of things.

Luckily the AC repair man came today.

It turns out that it’s the drain line for the AC unit next door that was clogged.  So, crisis over.

Just another little adventure in Needlepoint Land.
